Yet another award for Graz Airport!At the annual award ceremony in early July 2010, Graz Airport received its twelfth ÖKOPROFIT distinction awarded by the City of Graz for outstanding achievements in environmental protection.
 Foto: Stadt Graz/ Harry SchifferA review of the environmental work of Graz Airport that was carried out on site by the Ökoprofit committee resulted in outstanding ratings that earned the airport a distinction in gold. “Shared responsibility for our future“ with a view to sustainability and efficient implementation of environmental protection measures has been a long-standing, one may even say “traditional”, approach of Graz Airport. The ÖKOPROFIT concept of Graz Municipality produces a double benefit for the airport: it helps to reduce and save operating costs and it contributes to environmental protection!  |
